Most orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm PST (excluding holidays) are shipped in 6-9 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST, on holidays, or on Saturday and Sunday will be processed with orders on the subsequent business day.

All orders in the contiguous US will be shipped via FedEx. Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Domestic Priority Mail.

USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking information and is uninsured. If you would like to be able to track the progress of your shipment, please select either the Priority or Express Mail option. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Memberships are an easy and affordable way to look your best for dates and social events. Members also get priority access to new collections and exclusive offers like limited-edition shirts.
Memberships are simple, risk free, and no commitment. Members receive four boxes per year, at the start of the spring, summer, fall, and winter. Each box has contains four items.
We charge your credit card a $175 deposit for each box you request and charge the remainder when we ship your unscruff box to you. After your deposit has been received, we send you a link via email to tell us your needs for this season (pants, button-ups, polos, etc).
We make every effort to process your unscruff box quickly. It will take up to 7 business days for your order to ship so that our Style Team can review your needs and select the clothes for your box.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund. Return boxes must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

- Free shipping both ways for members in the contiguous US. We provide you with a pre-paid FedEx domestic label to return the purchase to us
- Skip a shipment or cancel your membership at any time

unscruff gift certificates can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family and are available in varying amounts. You will be able use your unscruff gift certificate by entering your gift code into the "Discounts" section found on the final checkout screen. Once you enter the gift code it will be applied to your order as credit, available for you to use on the pending transaction.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund less the shipping charges. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Accessories, grooming products, and bathing suits are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Domestic Return Shipping
Make sure to include the returns form at the bottom of your original invoice.
No postage is required and a return shipping cost of $10 will be deducted from your refund or billed to your credit card.
A pre-paid FedEx RMA or return label has been included with your package to make your return process easier. If for some reason a label was not included with your shipment, please email us

International Return Shipping
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to include your invoice or returns form when mailing your return to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
